Our sweet Riggons is still inside animal control and is depressed :( He came inside with typical pittie itchiness, and has been treated and doing much better.... He is sad whenever playtime is over and is made to go back into his concrete cell. This is THE SWEETEST BABY!!!! We want to see this boy in a home thriving with a family!!! He temperament tested great with other dogs!! He is not neutered, but will be in October after a full recovery from a URI!!!
