About Artemis

Meet Artemis. He is an amazing beautiful bully breed. He is one of 8 from the Lost Souls dogs that were abandoned by a failed rescue. These dogs are the lucky ones. Others rescued by this failed rescue were either picked up from a county shelter then either dumped by some railroad tracks in another county or worse, shot point blank in the head and then buried in the yard where the rescuer was living. Seven have been discovered already. Artemis and the rest of the Lost Souls were put in runs outside in February of 2023 and just left to live their life in a prison cell. Three mature ladies have been caring for them since July when the rescuer just disappeared, going out once per day to feed them, clean up their cell and let them outside for a walk and lovins. Artemis is a young, powerful boy. He's really a love sponge. He'll roll over on his back so you can rub his belly with his big ole head is in your lap. His prison cell is always the cleanest, very neat and tidy boy. He is non-reactive to the other Lost Souls dogs but is reactive towards cats. He'd make a wonderful family member and would enjoy the attention from all family members. He's good on a leash and knows basic commands. He truly just wants to be your loyal friend and by your side. He may look a certain way to some but he really is a self confident lover boy. He's fixed and up to date on vaccines.
