The Tulia Tx city shelter is NO PLACE for 4 week old puppies and Mama dog�������� These sweetie pies were picked up 9/17 at large. Owner isn't going to reclaim. Honey is the beautiful Mama, Moose is a couple weeks older than the other 3. He's about 6 weeks, the others look about 4 weeks. They have got to get out of here asap!!! Please help them. Mama is dog is dog friendly but protective of her babies.
