No HW test. Owner reports Phoebe has been blind at least 5 years. Weight is unknown but she is reported to be over weight. Owner reports: Phoebe's owners are separating and they can not keep her. One of the owners' has substance abuse issues. Phoebe is described as an indoor dog with the run of the house. She is reported to be house broken and leash trained. She knows the following commands 'sit, shake, stay, lay down.' Phoebe is reported to be good with adults, children of all ages female dogs and cats. Phoebe has never been around male dogs. Phoebe is reported to be very loving and still very playfully. Phoebe 'Tries to play catch, tugs on her rope, and follows you around by voice.'
