Winter is coming in Chicagoland and it is statistically harder to lose a black dog in the snow! This lucky boy along with two of his friends wandered into the right yard. Someone had dumped them and they ended up at our rescue. Next stop is a forever home for this boy! Vance is SO sweet and loving. He loves treats and is sure to be the best companion you could ask for! Vance is dog, cat and child friendly.
