Spencer ks very friendly and loving..it's like he finally knows he's safe from an almost tragic situation. Spencer wants nothing more than to show you he's the bestest boy. He is sure to always be by his peoples side to soak up all the love! In true puppy nature Spencer is very eager to play and learn all the wonderful things you can teach him!
