About Callisto

One and a half year old female Rottweiler. In need of someone with experience in training. Is very reactive when she sees dogs walking outside, but she has only been around one dog (female) is not actively aggressive but does try to assert her dominance. We have had her in our home for 16 months and I'm at my wits end trying to get through to her. It's too a point where she's stuck in a cage most of the day and requires a tie out to be in the yard. (She has not actually jumped a fence yet but she's real close so we don't want to risk it) I'd like to see her go to a home where she can learn the correct way to behave, I just don't have it in me to train her. Nothing we have tried has worked.
