This is our handsome meatloaf Bruno's Story: Bruno is about 5 years old and weighs 61 pounds. Bruno is the sweetest most loving boy you will ever meet. His story is a sad one. Bruno spent the majority of his life tied a tree. His only friend was his bucket of water. :(((((( To make it worse, his previous owners cut his ears to make him look mean. Thankfully, sweet Bruno is nothing but! He's so kind, gentle and sweet. Bruno was rescued and is now in a loving foster home while he waits for a wonderful home that he has never had. He enjoys adventures and loves to go for car rides and say hello to everyone he meets. Bruno has never had toys and now that he has his own fluffy bed and toys, he has no desire to share. Bruno will need to be an only dog in his home so that he never has to worry about furry friends taking his prized possessions. He is fine with dogs outside of his home. He currently goes for pack walks and is fine when he is out and about meeting other dogs. We can all appreciate that he wants all the love to himself! Bruno is relativity lazy and spends his days hanging out on the couch snoozing. He is also great in a crate and doesn't mind hanging out when his foster family is busy. He is also housetrained. He has immaculate house manners. While Bruno isn't in a home with kids, we feel he would be totally happy with respectful kids 7 years and up. This is a GREAT dog! Bruno will do best in a home where someone is around a good portion of the day as this is what he has in his foster home. Bruno is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped. ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from Canine and Kitties Rescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $375.00, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care.
