He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Lou is fearful of strangers! He hasn't been tested around older children. No younger children, cats, or dogs, due to his reactivity! The owner is surrendering him because of his reactivity and not being allowed to keep him in their current housing situation. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Lou, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions.
