Very loving dog and best friend !! Because of their ABOVE average intelligence, poodles are also popular circus, entrainers, performing for audiences, under the big top throughout Europe. Poodles later gained favor among French Nobles, and the breed transformed from hunters and entertainers to beloved family pets. Poodles are the national dog of France, with a graceful gate when they walk. Pierre' has updated shots, neutered, dewormed, and heart negative. Pierre' is a super sweet, gentle, loving and energetic and smart 64-pound REGISTERED poodle. Pierre' has a beautiful coat that is so black, he looks blue and is a 4-year-old standard poodle. Pierre' is great with children and adults and other dogs. Pierre' is extremely sociable and will quickly become devoted to any family member. Pierre' would like nothing better than to be your best friend, hang out on the lanai, patio or deck, run your fence yard, and play a game of fetch, which he will return!!! He is housebroken, crate trained (I give him a treat) and doggie door trained. Pierre' also loves to sit on command for his treats. Standard poodles are the smartest and most trainable of ALL breeds, which Pierre' has that very quality. Pierre' is not much of a barker unless he hears and intruder or wants you to throw a toy. He loves people and loves to be in their company but is not needy. He is a great houseguest!! He does not ask for much, a soft bed, good food, fresh water, and a walk, rub his ears and belly, a couch or large dog bed to lounge on. What more could you ask for!! Daily BRUSHING WILL BE NECESSARY TO PREVENT MATTING AND EVERY 4 TO 6 WEEKS he REQUIRES A HAIR TRIM AND A BATH. THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY BREEDS THAT HAS NO DOG SMELL BECAUSE THEY HAVE HAIR AND NOT FUR. Therefore, TRULY HYPOALLERGENIC. He IS A TRUE SWEETHEART!!!!!
