This pup wondered into my yard, the animal shelter is full and would only take him for euthanasia. He has flees and tick so he cannot come into my house. He is currently tied up in my yard and I don't know what to do. He is a very sweet pup although lacks confidence in new places (car, vet, etc.) as I'm sure a lot of these were firsts for him. I am looking for someone to adopt or foster through a rescue organization.
