About Magpie

It's hard to believe Magpie has been at the shelter over a month Magpie is a cute little 6 month old Australian Cattle Dog mix that was found by a good samaritan on 7/31 with another young dog named Scout. Scout had a large cut on his leg and had to be taken to an urgent care center for his wounds to be treated, he was later adopted once his bandages could come off. Magpie was in good physical shape, but very nervous & fearful when she arrived that night after being temporarily split up from her brother so he could receive medical care. Magpie was able to benefit with temporary foster by a staff member to help make her more comfortable, and what a difference that made on her.
