We got him from another family. We were told that he was good with other animals, but that isnt entirely true. Roxas has done well meeting a medium-sized dog ( neighbor's pit bull), but is NOT good with cats. That means that he needs to move from our home, but the former family will not take him back. He's a BIG puppy, a little over 92 lbs and still growing at about 9 months old. He's a lab mix and is up to date with vaccines but not yet neutered. With people, Roxas is best described as a gentle giant! %BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD He is great with my 2-year-old child. He's a sweet, playful dog who loves running around and also loves belly scratches :) He is house trained, somewhat crate trained (working on it), walks fairly well on a leash with a Gentle Leader harness, and knows some of his basic commands. He's a puppy and in that 'chewing' stage, and will need ongoing training and socialization. We want him to grow up to be as happy an adult dog as he is right now. What Roxas needs: He needs a family with experience with large breed dogs in general, and his breed(s) in particular. He needs an active family - he's an active dog and will need considerable daily exercise. He's love a fenced yard where he can run around. Please realize that Roxas is still a growing boy - you need to be ready for a VERY large adult dog as a family member!
