About Bowie

Bowie is a goofy high energy pit mix. Bowie loves to play. He constantly wants to play with other dogs (an occasionally cats), some of which who do not always want to play with him. Bowie is submissive towards other animals but does not take hints. Bowie is fear aggressive towards men but will warm up with time. He makes for a good guard dog, always barking at what he perceives to be be intruders. He really loves women. Bowie would do best in a home with someone who is active or has a large yard with another active dog. He loves to be outside. He does fine around children and likes being pet but is not always aware of his size (45 lbs). Bowie loves food, hates water, and does like chilling on the couch after a play session. He is potty-trained, crate-trained, and needs some practice walking on a leash. He is neutered, up-to-date on shots, has meds for the next year and will come with food, crate, and toys.
