About Star

Star is currently in Maine, and she is a delightful 1 year old pup weighing around 50 lbs. She is loving, gentle, playful, and has a curious and friendly nature. Star loves making new friends, whether they're human, canine, or otherwise. Always up for a game of fetch or a fun walk in the park, she is an active and social companion. Star is a hound mix and has been diligently working on her house training and basic commands like 'sit' and 'stay,' and she is also crate trained. A true snuggler at heart, she is great with kids of all ages-loving to play with older children and being gentle with the little ones. If you're looking for a furry friend who gets along with everyone, including kids, other dogs, and people, please inquire about Star! All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.
