OK friends while I have A LOT of 4-legged friends I want to see find homes, this boy in particular is on my #TopTenGoodBoy list that deserves to find himself a good home after the bullsh1t his former owner put him through... Meet my new bestie Pillsbury AKA Doughboy. Those local to Long Beach or follow social media groups may recognize him as he was abandoned at Jackson Street Dog Park late August. A kind citizen helped him out by picking him up and taking him to the shelter on 8/31/24. Upon arrival a microchip was found going back to a THEN 4 month old puppy adopted from SEAACA mid 2021 names Keone 21-09120. As disheartening as it is to report, after several conversations with the shelter he originated from and his adopter it turns out this little Doughboy was abandoned by the very same people that took him in as a puppy ��%BD��%BD��%BD%90 DoughBoy is still a big goofy puppy at heart & I have been absolutely smitten with him since the moment I met him in the shelter lobby when he arrived. He presents himself as a #BigSofty just aiming to please when it comes to interacting with people & other dogs, he needs our help to find him a good home since he no longer has that 'Puppy Look' that attracted his original adopter.
