About Dixie

Dixie is an adorable high energy young cat looking for her forever home. She's very playful, athletic and acrobatic. Long lanky legs, slim body, she loves to chase and play with fishing pole toys like da bird and she especially loves...goes crazy for... the mouse on the wire toy...it really mimics a little prey and her predator skills come out! Would never believe that this little feline Dixie could be so smart and so loving! Once all that energy is out of her, she's a lover - purrs, pets and snuggles are her next game of expurrtise! Dixie's ideal home would be one where she can run, jump and climb - cats trees are pretty much a thing here and / or hoomans that enjoy playing with their kitty - who enjoy the feline athleticism par excellence! Let it be known that she will play on her own, pouncing, jumping and stalking 'things we cannot see' lol as well as toys of all kinds. Sit back, watch and be amused! Better than netflix, that's for sure - and you're saving a life. Dixie is about 2 years old and has all the kitten energy of a 2 month old - lol... Approx DOB is 10.16.22. She's spayed, microchipped, current on rabies and FVRCP-C vaccines, had deworming protocol and is on a monthly flea preventative revolution plus. Dixie tested negative for the feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus. Located in a foster home in North Palm Beach. We use a no obligation adoption application to simplify the adoption process. Adoption contract and her adoption fee is $100 which helps to 'pay it forward' for the next cat or kitten in need.
