About Quail

Quail is like a baby bird still growing his feathers. He has a naked little bum, but not from birth, from neglect. He also has legs that don't straighten all the way like he lived in too small of a space as he was growing. Quail is young and so excited about life. It is amazing how positive dogs can be coming from less-than-ideal pasts. Quail is all about second chances. He loves treats and does already know some commands (even when we are on his level). Quail has some pounds to gain, but he is pretty gentle taking food. His tail wags no matter what we do. Come meet him at the CACC shelter in Chicago at 2741 S Western Ave. Adoptions take place daily.
