About Cookie

Meet adoptable Cookie! ? We first learned about Cookie back in May when she started to hang out at one of the city shop worker's office. She showed up pretty emaciated and with an awful flea/tick infestation. At the time, she was hanging around in his fence and was good. He actually allowed Cookie to stay with him while she waited to get spayed and vetted. Now, she is here at the shelter and in need of a good home! ? Cookie has been through the wringer in her life, but actively chose to seek something better. We know that she would be the perfect fit for a family because she gives out love like candy! ? Everyone she meets is a friend and every friend becomes family to this girl. She is very laid back and low maintenance as well! While in her foster home she spent time with several other dogs and did not mind any of them. It was also discovered that she is house trained and really loves to sleep in the bed when possible! Cookie is 48 pounds and two years old. She has been vaccinated, treated for internal/external parasites and has been tested for Heartworm disease.
