Found exploring someone's backyard, Bucatini clearly wasn't a local resident but an escaped pet in need of help. After being brought to the shelter and waiting for their owner (who never showed up), Bucatini was transferred to our rescue to find a new, loving home. At about 7 feet long and 17 lbs, Bucatini is a stunning, still-growing boa with a heart of gold. Their gentle nature and handleability make them a delight to be around. If Bucatini could talk, we're sure they'd be expressing regret over being lost, but instead, they're ready to move on and find a family who'll cherish them. Bucatini loves meeting new people and has enjoyed attending adoption events where their friendly demeanor shone through. They're great with everyone but should be supervised around children, especially when being held. As Bucatini is still growing and can be quite strong, it's essential to approach them with care and respect their body language-whether they're ready to socialize or just want to chill.
