We adopted Diesel a few months ago from another family in town who said they were moving and couldn't take him with them. We were told he was fully trained, good with kids and in good health. He is microchipped and neutered. He's not a bad dog, but he's more than we can handle. He has very sensitive skin and requires special food and supplements. otherwise he's just scratching all the time. He has nipped at my youngest son (who is 4) thinking he was hurting me while hugging me. we've worked with him on this and he's getting better, but now he's having accidents in the house. We just don't have the resources to get him trained where he needs to be. He also will go after other dogs if not introduced properly and our neighborhood is full of strays, making it very difficult to get him the exercise he needs. We do love him and hate to have to rehome him, but I think he may be better suited for someone who has the time and resources for him. I just ask that you love him.
