Colonel is a total sweetheart that was dumped and then found on someone's property where he was dehydrated and unwilling to move. He had given up until he was rescued by SGER. He has blossomed into the sweetheart that he is now after he was with us for a couple of weeks. Colonel does have some health issues and pretty severe arthritis in his front legs, he gets around pretty well, but can't go for long walks.
