About Aurora

Aurora is believed to be 6-10 months old, and we think she is a Lab and possibly Blue Heeler mix. Aurora came into the Vinton County Shelter after being dumped as a young puppy and has been here for a few months. She is a very happy and friendly dog who enjoys attention more than anything. She seems to be very smart and eager to learn. Aurora is energetic as a young dog is and is still learning not to jump for attention, she is learning very quickly. Aurora will need the basic training any young dog does, and she is not housebroken to our knowledge, but she will make a fantastic and loyal dog for anyone. Aurora is spending important developmental time here at the shelter and we would be very happy to find her a home quickly. Aurora's adoption is currently sponsored, so it is free. This includes her 5in1 and kennel cough vaccines, microchip, and a voucher to pay $100 towards her spay.
