About Marlowe

Meet Marlowe! She is Foster #22 of mine and hands down one of the easiest! The shelter estimates she is about 1.5 years old. She is roughly 50lbs. It is clear the world hasn't been so kind to her, but she has been working on building confidence and trust. She has shown immense growth with the fosters she has been with these past few months. Although she is initially a bit timid, she is quick to warm up, especially if there are other dogs around. Marlowe LOVES the companionship of another dog. In fact, she's a completely different dog when she has dog friends around! Marlowe has calm energy and when not hanging with her people or dog friends, she's happy to entertain herself with a toy, chew on a bone or nap in her crate. Here's what we know about her: Loves her crate and bed Loves to sleep Very calm energy House trained if taken out consistently. In a new place, she might need some time to adjust to your schedule. Walks well on a leash Has done well living with all dogs she's met She is happy to see other dogs while walking the neighborhood. She is playful yet very submissive, take cues from others flawlessly She can be fearful of quick movements toward her, so maybe no super young kids at this time Marlowe's face lights up when you jog with her. She could be a great running buddy for someone.
