About Preacher

Handsome, strong, loyal, friendly, loving. Those are all words to describe this beautiful young Jack Russell Beagle mix we call preacher. He is about 14 months old and came to Raintree Jacks when his owner passed away. Preacher loves to be around people and craves attention. He came from a large pack of about 40 dogs and just absolutely loves affection and attention. He wants to be the center of attention as a matter of fact, and will butt in front of another dog so your hands will touching him! Preacher seems to be the leader of the pack so he can be alpha at times like feeding time, treat time and, anytime attention is involved. He is such a nice dog and is going to be the perfect companion and Buddy for someone special. Preacher would do well with other animals as long as he can be the boss. Preacher has been neutered and he is currently on all of his vaccines. He is also heartworm negative and on prevention. He still needs More practice on leash, but he is doing very well Preacher weighs 18 pounds and he is a compact solid little guy.
