About Big boy

I recently took in a 1.5 year old saint Bernard. I was told he was great with kids, cats, dogs, poultry etc, and house trained. He has killed one of my turkeys and snapped at one of my daughters because he was eating something he shouldn't have. He has also broken through my fence numerous times to wander. I know some of these behavioral issues will stop once he gets neutered but I can't take the risk of him biting one of my kids. He has a high prey drive for small animals too. I feel he would do best in a home without kids, poultry or other all animals. He is about 95% house trained. He will counter surf also.
