Chavez tries hard to be a good boy. His human has had brain tumors and may not have provided the best care for him. I've been dog sitting him for about a month and he is improving greatly in manners and training. Health issues: His tail was broken as a baby and healed with a kink. He tore his ACL as a pup but he never had the knee replacement surgery so he has a bum knee, but he gets around fine. He has a strange boil on his back. Is there anybody that can provide the care that Chavez has never experienced?
