Boomer was a stray that ended up in our local City shelter as a stray. We were able to pull him and place in foster. He had severe skin issues that have now been treated and are under management. He is a very sweet boy that just wants to get his energy out and snuggle with his humans! Great in car and on leash! The most beautiful face and eyes that will melt your heart!
