About Silo

To meet Silo, please submit an application at www.thehausofdogs.com/adopt . Silo is 3 years old and 45lbs. He came to us from Eastern WA. When his former owner was arrested, he found himself suddenly homeless and in a shelter. Despite his world turning upside down, this cutiepie has remained happy-go-lucky! If you're looking for a unique furry friend, Silo might just be the perfect companion for you. This husky mix defies all the typical husky stereotypes. He's a quiet and calm boy who prefers to keep things mellow. Unlike most huskies, he won't fill your home with howls and barks, making him an excellent choice for those who want the beauty of a husky without the noise. Silo is fully crate trained and keeps his living space clean. He's also not a Houdini husky -- he never tries to break free from his crate. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making him an ideal addition to any multi-pet household. He walks real easy on leash, never pulling or dragging you down the street. His calm demeanor means he's not hyper or overly energetic. Silo loves car rides and will be a great travel buddy for all your adventures. At just 35lbs, Silo is fully grown and perfectly sized for any home, big or small.
