About Alfie

How can I still be adoptable?!! My name is Alfie. I am about 2.5 years old and 60 lbs. I am a mix of Black Mouth Cur, maybe some Lab and a few other things. I am a very very cool dog. Here are the cool things about me: 1) I love all people and have been friendly with men women and kids! I even hung out with a 4 year old and did great. I knew my boundaries and was very interested in hanging out with him. 2) I am good with other dogs. I live with three others - all different genders and ages. 3) I am housebroken and I am crate-trained. I don't love the crate but I have been doing well left alone when my foster people are gone! 4) I am active and walk well on leash. I love going on walks! I would be a great jogger (if trained) and hiker. I am not dog reactive. 5) I like the baby pool so who knows - I could even like swimming in open water which would be fun. The only thing that may not be agreeable to some is I might be a little too feisty with our feline friends... but, I mean, every dog has to have something right? Please reach out to ASCZ to meet me!
