About Chi

Chi (pronounced Shy) is a 4-1/2 year old Shipoo. His owner surrendered him and had him since he was a puppy. He is so confused and has been bounced around. It's heartbreaking because he is still looking for her and at the beginning was scratching at the door to look for her. He is very sweet but nervous at first. So we need a patient adopter who is willing to not force things with him. Who wouldn't be under the circumstances? He is 12 lbs and does not shed. He needs a quiet forever home where he can feel safe. He is very loving and loves to sleep in bed with his person. Potty training is still a work in progress. He walks great on a leash. He has to be watched all the time if he is in a fenced in yard because he can be an escape artist. He is the type of dog that is nervous at first in new surroundings and will come around quickly on his own but cannot be forced. We recommend him being an only dog because he gets protective of his human and wants all of the attention and doesn't like to share. Cats unknown Adoption fee $500
