About Rocco

Rocco had a family, even if it wasn't the best. He is a SWEET boy and all he wants is to be a part of a family that will value him for the awesome boy he is! We estimate Rocco to be around a year old, he is active and still somewhat of a puppy. Rocco is learning to walk on a leash, he is crate trained, working on house training, mastering the 'sit' command, and loves everyone he meets. When given toys, he isn't sure what to do with them. Rocco gets along well with other dogs, he is a bit underweight and was only 38 lbs when he went in for his neuter surgery. We prefer for him to have a fenced yard, the Great Pyrenees breed is known to wander when left unsupervised. If you're looking for a furry friend who will stick by your side through thick and thin, look no further than Rocco. Please consider giving this sweet boy his forever home. Rocco has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. Please note that our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them if adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved. We are USDA certified and WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR OWN adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, Microchip, Mississippi Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you ***Breed input is required for each platform but is not guaranteed to be accurate. We do not DNA test. We rescue animals from different situations.We discuss breed assignments with our vets to label them as accurately as possible.*** We are currently unable to adopt pets to ME and RI residents.
