I adopted Tyson during COVID and he has been my absolute best friend for the last 3-4 years. I lived alone (single woman) and we had no issues with temperament or behaviors, he actually listens very well and follows commands. He was in the shelter in Arizona for two years prior to me adopting him and so he brought with some protective/defensive tendencies. My fiance and I have worked with him and he has never bit or hurt anyone, but he still shows some defensive tendencies over toys/bone, or his food/water. We now have a 3 month old baby and cannot risk our baby being put in a dangerous situation due to Tyson's unpredictable behavior around his belongings. He is an AMAZING dog and it breaks my heart to let him go. I am hoping and praying to find a loving home with adults only, and no other dogs. He really will make the best companion for the next lucky person.
