Does not use excessive force with handler. Makes him great option for smaller stature or less experienced handler. He has a hip replacement but that doesn't stop him from running around and playing. He also loves the water. The dog that loves toys, he is a collector, leave him alone for little while and he gathers all toys together. Not possessive of toys or chews. He responds well to obedience training, verbal reinforcement is sufficient. Does not require treats to perform.
