Adam and his brother, Bowie, were adopted out together as kittens. They were recently returned due to no fault of their own. Owners were having a baby and moving. Adam didn't take the move to his new foster home well. He was so scared and confused, but finally has started coming around and showing us the sweet boy we know he is. Potential adopters should expect an adjustment period for all cats, but especially for Adam. He'll need to be given space and time to explore and come around on his own. Once adjusted, he loves his people! He will follow you around and weave around your legs. If you are sitting, he will come rub on you and make muffins while getting pets. He loves people and likes other cats. When he was a kitten, he grew up in a foster home with a dog, so he would probably adjust fine to a respectful dog after some time. He and Bowie are not bonded, so they don't have to stay together, but it may help them adjust to their new home if they have each other. Apply at www.feralcatrescuemd.org.
