About Maximus

Max is a 105# male, brindle, mastiff with a higher than 'normal mastiff' energy level. Max loves his current family of 6 (includes 4 children ages 17 years old to 11 years old). He is big, oafy, attention seeking, loves chasing his Giant Kong, and snuggling with his family and other dogs in the house. Max has become very protective of his immediate family and less accepting of strangers. Max is good with the other dogs we have in the house (a female mastiff, female Aussie, and a male king charles spaniel.) We have never had him around cats, but appears to have high prey instinct with bunnies or squirrels while out for walks. Max needs a forever home with someone who will provide him attention and understands a mastiff's loyal mentality. (UTD on Shots and Neutered)
