About Felix

I am posting out in the hopes of finding a new home for our 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix. Unfortunately, our older dog has not adapted well to his high energy and playful nature, which has led us to the very difficult decision to rehome him. About Felix: Age: 1 year Breed: Jack Russell Terrier mix Temperament: Fun, energetic, and playful Living Situation: Has lived with a toddler, cat, and an older dog for a year and has done wonderfully with them (minus the older dog, the older dog likes to pick fights and Felix takes it as playing but can play rough). Training: He has completed formal puppy training and is potty trained (rings a bell to go outside). He could use more training on how to walk on a leash. Health: In great health, with all shots current. Personality: A real cuddler who loves to snuggle when he's not busy playing or chewing on yak bones or toys. Note: We rescued him on the side of the road after someone dropped him out of their car. Despite this rough start, he has grown into a wonderful dog. We want to ensure he finds a loving and caring home where he can thrive.
