About Gemma

Copper and Gemma URGENT FOSTER ONLY NEEDED - Long Island, NY Hi everyone, please meet Copper and Gemma. This lovely pair needs our help! Their parent is currently looking for housing that will allow them to remain together as a family. Copper and Gemma are currently at a shelter, but they need to be moved ASAP. We only need a temporary home for the pair; their parent plans to take them back once situated. The time frame is uncertain, for obvious reasons, but financial support will be provided to assist in their care. The pair is closely bonded, so ideally they can be fostered together but we will temporary separate them if needed. Copper is a male beagle and Gemma is a female Jack Russel terrier, both are about 8 years old. They are friendly and good with kids. They are spayed/neutered and UTD on vaccinations. Their parent loves them very much and would like to be able to remain in touch with the foster(s) while they are being cared for elsewhere.
