About Hank

Hank's story is a remarkable one. This sweet sweet boy was found as a malnourished puppy on the side of the road in rural SC. A year ago, my mom took him in, fed him, and house trained him. Now, Hank is a loyal and affectionate indoor/outdoor dog who will go from melting in your lap to playing around like a puppy. He's friendly with all humans he's encountered, but he is his best self around adult men. He's always been around other dogs since we've taken him in, and he genuinely likes the company of other dogs. In the past year, Hank has proved to be incredibly intelligent and he has an OUTSTANDING nose. We think he is the perfect all-around farm dog. My mom would keep him, but she has too many rescues and she knows he would be happier with an outdoorsman who can give him all the love, attention, and mental/physical exercises that he so desperately wants and deserves.
