Scout is an adorable 7 year old Australian Shepherd who loves to play fetch and run. We've had him since he was 8 weeks old. He's very affectionate and loves to cuddle and give and get kisses. He currently lives with a toddler and does very well. He has never shown signs of aggression. He loves to play with other dogs. He hasn't been around cats but learns quickly. He has completed multiple trainings for obedience and tricks. He can do many tricks, is shock collar trained to a 'beep' sound for 'no'. He has been well loved and cared for, but due to our families growth and change, we need to offer him up for adoption to allow him to have the attention and affection he desperately wants and needs. He is a higher energy dog and can get spiteful if he doesn't have someone to play with at times. His only health issue is that he's a bit anxious on walks. He lunges at vehicles if walking in a city/high traffic area. We live in a small town so this behavior is very dangerous for him. He would do well in an enclosed yard where he can run and explore, play fetch, or go on long walks away from cars. We are looking for a couple or family to take great care of him and love him as their own. He will return any love given 10 fold.
