Arrow shows high levels of loyalty but becomes overprotective of owner. He needs an owner that can understand his breed, & will give him a proper job so he can overcome this challenge. He deserves to be giving a fair chance. We know that we the right owner and environment he can thrive. We all know blue heelers are extremely intelligent and this little guy is not the exception.
