About Storm

Location: Sugar Hill, Georgia *If you have other dogs a meet and greet is required. 5 years old, fully vetted, merle mantle male Storm was saved from euthanasia at a local shelter and has been enjoying life with his foster family. He hasn't had a structured start to life so he needs a dane experienced handler. This boy needs manners! No children. He is also very choosey with his dog friends. For some reason he has strongly disliked two submissive females and gets along fine with a large male doodle. We are looking for a home with no cats. Extreme amounts of energy when he wants to play. Daily zoomies. LOVES to go for walks and rides. Wants to be nearby at ALL times, whines when he can't be. He was barky at first, but he has since calmed down. Easy to bathe and do nail trims. Extremely easy to train, catches on quickly to what you want him to do. Knows how to sit, lie down, shake- working on stay and back. Very food motivated, drooly Dane! Perfectly house-trained. Will deal with a crate, but doesn't like it. Alert dog - will bark when he sees someone outside or hears another dog. A bit weary of strange tall men at first. Only reactive to dogs on walks but we think will be easy to train out of. Please share, like, comment. We have an increased need of fosters in the Georgia area!!!
