About Moose

LOCATION: Trinity, AL DOB: 06/12/2018 Meet Moose, a Great Dane with a heart as big as his paws. This lovable Velcro dog is always by your side and would love to be your lap dog if you'd let him. He's great with animals of all sizes and although he hasn't been cat-tested, there's no reason to think he wouldn't be fine with them. Moose doesn't like being alone and hasn't been around small kids yet, but he might accidentally knock toddlers down due to his size. Moose is still working on his leash manners and can pull if boundaries aren't clear, but he's potty trained and free-feeds with other dogs without any issues. He's just starting to learn how to play and finally enjoys bouncing around with his foster siblings. He doesn't jump up on people but does bounce with excitement when it's time for walks or visits to grandma's house. Moose is a bit pushy but is learning basic commands like 'sit' and 'lay down,' and a simple point with an empty paper towel roll sends him straight to his bed. He's a joyful jumping bean who's discovering the joy of running and playing.
