About Bingo

Bingo's birthday is May 26, 2023. He has grown up with my family since he was about 8 weeks old. He's never had formal training, but he knows basic commands (sit, off, crate, lay down), but he doesn't always listen. He's also potty trained and goes on about 3-4 walks a day, with a prong collar as he's very strong and likes to pull, the prong collar has made walks more manageable. He's very reactive with new people and it takes him a long time to warm up to new people, so I prefer someone experienced with that or someone who can get him into training for it. He currently lives with us in an apartment and I would love for him to go to someone that has a yard so he can be outside for more than his walks and he can burn some energy off. Because of his reactivity to people he may do better with another dog in the house, but I think formal training would really help him, we just can't afford it. It would be better to be in a family without young children, although he did grow up with my 4 year old and has always been protective of him, they do play rowdy with each other and he does still bark at other kids he doesn't know. He should be UTD on his vaccines until September or October. I would love to be able to stay in touch with whomever adopts him because I do love him so much, I just want better for him.
