Found - Abandoned Need a Home Breed: Aussie / Heeler / Herd Dogs Age~~ 2 years? Gender: Male (neutered) Needs: Home, Care, and Tasks - Offer: Help, Love, and Support These 2 need more area to run and want more work / training to do than I have time, space, and resources to offer. They deserve a better, more sustainable, and functional situation. In winter, we found these 2 dogs on Siskiyou summit near Highway 66 & I-5, at night and in the start of another winter snow storm. Both looked desperate and, once we evaluated their situation / status, they were in dire need and covered with mud. One barely walking, with many open wounds and grass seed abscess on multiple (almost all) parts of the body and limbs. Both seemed to be possibly abandoned litter mates. After home care overnight, (water, food and warmth) and emergency vet help the next day, they got released to us for healing. We fostered them since and both have healed well. They are well mannered, eager to learn, and have some command and crate training established. Today, they're doing great and need a better new home now. Great Dogs!!
