About Ladd

Ladd came to the shelter as a stray. He is very friendly and good with other dogs and is also fine with cats. This gorgeous, big boy does not have a care in the world. He loves all people and is just generally happy. He is a very good boy and matches what people generally think of when they think of a labrador. Ladd is about a year old and 91 pounds. Please help Ladd find the loving home he deserves. Update: Ladd tested positive for Ehrlichia. He is on a short course of an oral antibiotic. Ladd is feeling and acting playful and happy and is ready to go home. Any remaining antibiotic will be sent home with his new family for completion. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
