About Bowie

Bowie is 1.5 years according to the vet. We found him and could not locate his owner. He is great with other dogs but as far as we know, he has never been around cats. He is a Great Pyrenees mix. He is a great protector (still needs to work on controlling and training with that.) He loves to cuddle, loves massages and his face rubbed. He also loves a trash can so a hidden one is best. He will chew a cardboard box and a plastic bag but not the contents that are in them. Bowie does not chew furniture and has never pottied in the house. He eats Blue Buffalo Chicken and Rice, up-to-date on shots (I have his records) and takes Trifexis for flea, tick and heartworm protection. He weighs approximately 65lbs. He has been neutered and is chipped (which can be transferred.) Bowie is used to being indoors, outdoors would break his heart. He sits when he is told. We have 4 rescues. My smaller dogs are older and don't want to play. Bowie is still a pup and loves to play. Update: He needs a home urgently or he may be euthanized. He is nipping people but only when they come to the door. If we are out and about he doesn't. He's guarding us and the house. Otherwise, he's a lover and a cuddlebug. He needs a trainer but I will be on my own in 2 weeks using a walker and wheelchair I am not able to control him. The people coming in to help me don't want to come over with him here. Please help!
