About Zoey

I'm looking for a long-term foster for Zoey while I find a different living situation, as are is no longer allowed at my current residence. Zoey is a sweet, happy girl who just wants to sit next to you on the couch or lay under the blanket in your bed. She's crate-trained and house-trained and knows some commands but her recall is terrible, so she MUST be on a leash any time she's outside in an unfenced area. She enjoys squeaky toys, tug of war, car rides, and cinnamon toast crunch. She doesn't get along with other dogs. She did at one point, but after being attacked a few times she's become very reactive. A slow introduction may work. She's good with cats but shouldn't be left unsupervised with them. She's probably a little too big and boisterous to be around small children, but 6yo and over should be fine. Zoey has developed some separation anxiety (as have I), so I would want to visit/see her regularly. If you're unable to help but know of a person or organization that may be able to, please let me know.
