Liberty's video was shared with us yesterday when we were planning on scooping up 2...maybe 3 pups from the Chicago City Shelter. Well long story short, our foster didn't skip a beat in saying yes to getting her out of there, if there was room! We believe Liberty was subjected to being tied outdoors, to endure relentless bug bites. With no care or shelter, this caused the open wounds to her head, and large bumps covering her hind end. Regardless, Liberty is an amazingly sweet girl! She is highly dog friendly so far and loves to be friends with everyone! Especially if they can handle a young girl who likes to be a bit mouthy. We've spent time sniffing the resident cat but it's far too soon to say if she is 'good' with them. Young kids will likely not be ideal as she gets very jumpy when excited and needs proper training We are unsure of her age but would guess around 2.
