About Elke

Elke is an incredibly sweet, 7-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer who is looking for her forever home! Elke loves to play fetch, go for walks, and cuddle up on the couch with her humans to watch movies. Elke's perfect home is one without other pets or young children, and preferably an enclosed yard for lots of exercise. Elke is being re-homed by an owner who recently had a baby and has very little time to give this wonderful dog the attention she deserves. Elke is nervous around small children, so her current home is sadly no longer a good fit. However, the right adult or couple would definitely get years of joy and affection from this amazing pet!
